Join us for a fun one-day event to celebrate Mother’s Day! In this workshop, designed for moms and their little helpers, we will be creating fairy garden houses.

Once the event is finished, we will hand-glaze each piece. They will be ready for pickup approximately one month after the event date.

Each booking includes one spot for a mother and one child, and all necessary supplies and tools

In this handbuilding class, you’ll explore how designing and using templates can open up new possibilities for form, scale, and repetition in slab-based handbuilding. Rather than treating templates as fixed patterns, this class focuses on using them as flexible design tools that help you think through form, test ideas quickly, and move beyond traditional wrap, hump, and slump approaches.

You’ll work through a variety of ways to create templates from scratch and from existing forms, and learn how small shifts in proportion, angle, or connection can lead to entirely new outcomes. The class is designed to spark curiosity and experimentation, helping you develop a more intentional and adaptable way of building with slabs.
