Meet Yabby 🩶🐾

This beautiful grey tuxedo girl is the definition of calm and cozy—with just a splash of sass. Yabby has a more laid-back personality and loves to lounge nearby, quietly keeping you company and soaking up gentle affection.
But don’t be fooled—those sneaky little toes are never fully safe, and she loves a good feather wand toy session. It’s the perfect balance of chill cuddles and playful moments.

Yabby would thrive in a home looking for a more easygoing companion who still has a fun, kitten side when the mood strikes.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, loving presence (with the occasional toe ambush), Yabby might be your perfect match.

Meet Tsumami šŸ¤šŸ¾

Tsumami raised 4 kittens and would love to find her forever home. She is pretty chill with soft little chirps. She likes to sit in the window and watch what’s going on outside.

Please note: Tsumami and her kittens are healthy and have never tested positive for the Panleukopenia Virus; however, due to exposure to the virus in another cat, we recommend that they should not have contact with very young or unvaccinated cats that could have a vulnerable immune system. Tsumami can be adopted out either with one of her kittens, alone, or to homes with other cats who are at least 4 months old and at least 1 week post FVRCP vaccination.

Tabby Tuesday 🐾

We have so many sweet tabby cats available for adoption we thought we would give them there own day to shine!

Today’s Tabby Tuesday feature are XS Floof & XL Floof:

XS Floof is an extra-small fluffball already making a big impression. He’s the first to explore new spaces, the first to investigate anything interesting… and definitely the first to let you know when dinner is late.

He has a perfect mix of curiosity and caution—he may scope things out from a safe spot at first, but it doesn’t take long before his brave little explorer side kicks in. And once food is involved? Zero hesitation. Full commitment. Possibly some dramatic commentary, because you are simply taking too long!

This sweet boy will do best in a patient home that gives him a little time to settle in and then enjoys watching his confident, playful personality take over.

XL Floof, the quieter half of the Floof duo...

Not every kitten rushes in, and XL Floof is the kind of kitten who watches first, trusts slowly, and then melts your heart completely once he knows he’s safe (and just a little bit of a momma's boy), while his tiny brother runs headfirst into everything. XL Floof is right there behind him—learning, growing, and getting braver every day. Although a little cautious in new surroundings, XL Floof warms up quickly (especially with the confidence of little brother XS Floof).

Volunteer — S**T Street Cat Rescue 06/01/2026

Multiple late night trips to the emergency room. Heartfelt conversations with our Veterinary partners. Tough decisions. Tireless nights. 3 am phone calls. Heartbreaking moments.

Rescue often isn't just the adorable fluffs in the photos we share. It takes a village, and we are so grateful for ours, and to all the other rescuers working towards the same goals.

But we believe that every cat deserves a chance at their best life. And even when we do not get the outcomes we hope for, we know each and every one is worth fighting for.

Senior Sunday šŸ¤šŸ¾

Meet Vladdy-Boo! He is one of the sweetest, gentlest, least problematic cats you will ever meet. Your biggest concern with this big boy will be making sure he doesn’t get too chunky (we have him on a diet now to hopefully help him lose some pounds).

He will play a little bit, but mostly just tries to rub his face on the stick toy and purrs. (Clearly he much prefers pets). He also LOVES watching outside the window.

He started out pretty shy, but within the first few days he was out from his hiding spot and soaking up all the love and attention he could. He just needs a little time to feel comfortable around strangers. His big green eyes and purr will be sure to steal your heart!

Meet Washtub Bass 🩶🐾

Washtub Bass (or Washtub/Tubs/Tubby/the WB....) is a spirited young man that loves cuddling, playing, and exploring. Washtub settled immediately into his foster home, and has met every new situation face on--from loud, jumpy puppies to house parties!

Unlike his foster siblings, Washtub actually plays with the toys purchased for him! Not just trash! He loves batting at his ball-track toys, chasing cat-nip filled stockings around the house, and especially holding and kicking his stuffies before a good power nap. Once he has worn himself out, Washtub Bass loves to be cuddled up with people, purring and making biscuits.

Washtub is well-behaved when left alone, but if he is by himself for a long time he WILL demand extra snuggles and attention as compensation. His good looks are undeniable (amber eyes, half-and-half nose, sweet little stumpy foot & tail), but he is so much more than that.

Think he's too good to be true? Apply to meet him for yourself, and see how Washtub Bass could be an INSTRUMENTAL part of your home!

What actually happens when we take your pets to the back…

For this sweet S**T rescue kitty, it meant post-procedure snuggles with Dr. Diti while she gently woke up from sedation. We know vet visits can feel stressful, so we do our best to make sure our patients feel safe, warm, and cared for every step of the way. It’s the little moments of comfort that matter most to usšŸ’•šŸ¾
