Being the first year for JRs at the Finale, we will keep it simple and run a combo class.

🏆 Saturday Season Points Final 🏆

Mother Nature had other plans for Sunday, turning our season final into an action packed Saturday! With over 140 cars taking over the property, the competitive energy was electric from start to finish.

We hit the ground running by finishing up the four remaining final rounds from June before jumping straight into the Ironman race. A massive highlight of the weekend was watching 18 Jr. Street drivers battle it out on the track—a turnout we absolutely plan to make a regular feature next season!

Congratulations to all of our winners! Thank you to every racer, crew member, and fan who made the day unforgettable.

Due to the current forecast, tech card sales are currently restricted to Saturday to avoid admin work on refunds. Fingers crossed for a weather shift so we can hit the track Sunday!

🚨 New Track Record Set at the 2026 Southwind's Showdown 🚨

Congratulations to car owner Clif Bakx and driver Greg Hunter on resetting both the ET and MPH records in Top Alcohol Dragster at this year's event! 5.612 @ 264.04!

Their A/Fuel Dragster was a standout performer and a true fan favorite all weekend long. Thank you to Clif and Greg for an incredible performance, and we hope to see you back for the 61st Southwind's Showdown.
