in case you missed it—

the PEI oyster industry is currently facing massive shutdowns, with 90% of the oyster harvest wiped out in key aquaculture areas. they are not projected to recover from this until roughly 2029. while pop will always have oysters, that means we can no longer reliably supply both, so we’ve taken them off of the primal menu for the foreseeable future.

however! when we are able to get enough for both, they will be featured, and we will announce here when that is the case.
