DROP GANGS

Three men in Saskatoon were arrested on January 9, 2023 after SPS conducted several search warrants. More than 20Kg of Methamphetamine, 700 prescription pills, a fully automatic handgun, other substances and currency was seized. Drug networks such as these expel unfathomable amounts of pain and suffering in our communities.

Saskatoon Police Service conducted 4 search warrants on January 5, 2023 concluding an organized crime investigation. Enforcement action resulted in the seizure of several personal assets including vehicles and a large amount of Canadian Currency.

Organized crime can be difficult to identify by the untrained eye, don't be fooled. Organized crime is extremely damaging to everyone including the community, economy and local businesses.

More illicit drugs and dangerous guns removed from the community by Saskatoon Police Service. The drug trade at various levels is connected to Organized Crime and Street Gangs.

Organized crime reaches beyond the boarders of a single province. Police integration such as our Integrated Intelligence Units play a vital role in the disruption and enforcement of serious organized crime.

Saskatoon Police Service Guns and Gangs unit executed a search warrant this week at the residence of a person known to be associated to street gangs and were successful in recovering fi****ms, ammunition and drugs.
