This 2 hour session of mystical proportions will begin with an invitation to the simple guided practice of breathing together (pulse, resonance) in spacious awareness as we explore the stimuli of sound bath zounds; gong, crystal singing bowls, a diverse array of chimes, the soothing drone of the shruti box & Sandhi’s Sanskrit chanting lulling us toward a state of calm awareness. This journey culminates in the path of “Beautiful Meditation” as initiated to me by Sri Preethaji Krishna as we rest in the EES; experiencing the field of future holistic wellness (colour therapy, light photons, and scalar waves).

There are a limited recliner chairs available; they will be first come first serve. Floor setup (lying down) includes a yoga mat, bolster, and two blankets. You are encouraged and welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket(s) or pillows for comfort and ease. 💗
