Project: Chakkar Express⁠
This 6,700 sqft project is being completed as a design build in collaboration with Chakkar Express Trucking and will serve as their new base of their growing operation. Drive through bays in a new pre-engineered steel building will provide improved functionality for their operations while the new interior office area will provide much needed space for administration staff.

Past Project Feature: Concorde Office (2022)⁠
An open third-floor space was transformed into the new headquarters for Concorde Group Corp. Through close collaboration and detailed pre-planning, the project delivered a functional, high-end office fit-out featuring custom tile, a custom reception desk, glass office fronts, a staff kitchen and lunchroom, and a barrel vault ceiling in the boardroom with custom lighting and crown molding. Attention to detail and owner coordination were key throughout the project.

Past Project Feature: Security Building Supplies (2016)⁠
This 32,000 sq ft warehouse featured offices and a large two-storey showroom. The design combined exposed structural steel, natural fir, and reclaimed brick to create a unique look and feel. Con-Tech was proud to partner with a Saskatchewan company that has served the province since 1967 to bring this one-of-a-kind design-build project to life.
