October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), it’s a time to raise awareness about the contributions of people with disabilities in the workplace, highlight the importance of inclusive hiring practices, and promote accessibility and equity.

This month we celebrate the achievements of workers with disabilities, challenge stereotypes and reduce stigma, encourage employers to create inclusive, accessible work environments and educate communities on disability rights and the value of diverse perspectives.
