The Stable Grounds is an approved Interdisciplinary Clinic for Veterans inpatient and outpatient programs with Veterans Affairs Canada.

Another amazing week with some incredibly brave individuals! It takes a lot of courage to seek out help against all the barriers of guilt, shame and stigma.
I am blessed to be part of such a beautiful place of hope and healing

The challenge is real!! But the sense of accomplishment is amazing. 2 days and 40km later on one of Canada’s hardest trails.

Light acts brightest in dark places…focus on what brings light into your life.

Nothing shuts the mind off like immersing myself with a difficult challenge in nature.

It has been so rewarding working with these amazing people over the past year and a half! I look forward to working along side so many brave individuals.
