Join Wolverine Contracting & Engineering for the upcoming Fall Turnaround Season.

We’re currently hiring experienced Quality Assurance Inspectors for both day and night shifts to support major industrial turnaround projects.

Quality is at the core of everything we do. As a QA Inspector, you’ll work closely with our project teams to inspect pressure piping systems, boilers, pressure vessels, and mechanical installations while helping ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, client specifications, and Wolverine’s quality standards.

We’re looking for professionals with industrial turnaround experience who take pride in their work, communicate effectively, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety on every project.

If you’re ready to be part of a team that delivers quality workmanship across some of Canada’s most demanding industrial environments, we encourage you to apply today.

Industrial piping systems operate in some of the harshest outdoor environments. Proper insulation is critical not only for thermal efficiency but also for protecting infrastructure, maintaining process stability, and improving personnel safety.

We fabricate and install new exterior piping insulation systems designed to withstand weather exposure while maintaining consistent operating temperatures across process lines. The work includes precise insulation installation, protective jacketing, and sealing practices that prevent moisture intrusion and long-term degradation.

Upgrading or installing high-quality insulation reduces heat loss, improves energy efficiency, protects equipment, and helps maintain reliable plant performance year-round. From new installations to large-scale upgrades, Wolverine delivers insulation systems that are built to perform in real industrial conditions.

Shifting Risk Off-site!
Our modular construction services bring plant assemblies to life in a controlled environment; reducing on-site labour exposure and schedule congestion. We’ve delivered complete pipe racks, pump skids, and electrical modules that install with minimal field tie-ins. Modular ex*****on shortens shutdown windows; improves safety; and improves quality through better access and working conditions.

With 30,000 sq ft of covered fabrication space, Wolverine’s in-house team builds piping systems, pressure vessels, and modular assemblies with exacting standards. Across a full spectrum of carbon and alloy materials; Every spool and weld moves through a disciplined, documented quality system that is built to hold up under real scrutiny. Our shop is fully integrated with engineering and robust project controls; ensuring material flow, fabrication tracking, and delivery sequencing all line up for install.

Our fabrication division delivers with speed, precision, and full QA traceability. Every pressure vessel, skid, and spool is built inside our 30,000 sq ft facility using certified welding procedures, automated cutting tools, and real-time production tracking. For a recent pressure vessel project, in-house fabrication saved over 22% in cost and cut delivery by 3 weeks compared to external sourcing. When schedule certainty matters, we build for performance.

“Achieving a welding repair rate of less than 1% is a testament to the skill, discipline, and pride our teams bring to their work every day.” – Jordan Poore, VP of Quality Assurance and Control
It’s one thing to talk about quality; it’s another to live it. In a year marked by complex projects and challenging conditions, Wolverine teams delivered results that speak for themselves. When every percentage point matters, performance starts at the ground level.

05/29/2026

Wolverine’s average weld repair rate remains below 1%, even across high-pressure systems and exotic alloys. With in-house CWB inspectors, NDE coordination, and a live document control system, our QA program ensures compliance across ASME, CSA, and client-specific standards. Each weld is logged, reviewed, and tracked; no shortcuts; no assumptions. Quality is built into every pass.
