❤️ Sacred Heart Ceremony — A Reflection ❤️

This year’s Sacred Heart Ceremony was a smaller gathering than usual, but there was something deeply beautiful about the intimacy of it.

Thank you to each person who showed up and entered this sacred space with an open heart. Thank you for your vulnerability, for sharing what has been moving through your hearts and minds, and for allowing yourselves to be witnessed in the places where life is asking you to grow and transform.

Every year, this ceremony carries its own unique energy and intention. This, our 3rd Annual Sacred Heart Ceremony, felt especially rooted in the themes of stability, change, and courage — learning to create steadiness within ourselves while having the courage to move with the changes life brings.

There was something powerful about gathering in a smaller circle, slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering that sometimes the most meaningful ceremonies are the quiet ones.

I’m so grateful for everyone who helped bring this evening to life. ❤️

May we continue to meet change with courage, cultivate stability within, and keep choosing to live from the wisdom of our hearts.

❤️ Sacred Heart Circle & Ceremony ❤️

✨ This Friday, August 21st | 3rd Annual Ceremony ✨

I’m honoured and looking forward to hosting the 3rd Annual Sacred Heart Ceremony at Paradise Within Farms—an evening dedicated to ritual, reflection, and heart-centered connection.

We’ll gather in circle with thoughtfully prepared herbal teas and ritual elixirs, followed by guided meditation and Reiki energy healing. This evening offers space to slow down, reconnect within, and gently acknowledge what we may be carrying—while making room for what is ready to be released.

We’ll close with a sharing circle, creating space for reflection, connection, and being witnessed in community. 🌿✨

No experience is necessary—simply come as you are.

✨ August 21st | Paradise Within Farms
✨ 7:00–8:30 PM
✨ Contribution: $25–$60

I’m truly looking forward to sharing this special evening with you. ❤️

If you have any questions or would like to participate, please reach out to me directly. 🌙

With love,
Sauhaira of Halfmoon Alchemist 🌿

I’ve come to believe that no amount of external validation is worth sacrificing your truth—especially when it costs you your peace.

I’ve witnessed, both within myself and through others, what happens when we withhold our truth, override our inner knowing, or soften our boundaries in order to feel accepted. We all have such a deep desire to belong—to be seen, understood, chosen, and validated. And sometimes, in our longing for connection, we begin to shape ourselves around what we believe will make us more lovable. We become quieter about what doesn’t feel right. We hide what we really think or feel. We make ourselves smaller, more agreeable, more palatable.

And for a moment, perhaps, we avoid conflict with the person in front of us. But in doing so, we can create a deeper conflict within ourselves.

There is a particular kind of grief that comes from knowing you abandoned your own truth to be accepted.

I believe there is more freedom in being misunderstood than in abandoning yourself to be understood. More peace in walking away from misalignment than in continuously negotiating with yourself to remain somewhere you no longer belong.

Speaking your truth doesn’t mean needing everyone to agree with you. It doesn’t mean expressing every thought without discernment. Sometimes truth is spoken through a boundary. Sometimes through a quiet “no.” Sometimes through choosing to leave. And sometimes, simply through refusing to betray what you know within yourself.

When we stand rooted in who we are, we give ourselves permission to be fully present. We stop performing and allow ourselves to actually be seen—not as the version of ourselves we think someone else wants, but as we truly are.

And perhaps that is one of the deepest forms of love we can offer: to ourselves, and to others.

Because when we allow ourselves to be witnessed honestly, we also allow the relationship to reveal what is truly there. Where there is alignment, connection can deepen. Where there isn’t, we are given the clarity to choose differently.

Either way, we no longer have to leave ourselves behind in order to belong.

We often think alchemy is about turning lead into gold.

I've come to believe it's something far more intimate.

It's the quiet transformation that happens when we stop abandoning ourselves.

When we meet our pain with compassion.

When we soften shame with truth.

When we choose authenticity over survival.

That's where the gold lives 💛

What is your alchemy?

Every journey is unique....
If you're longing for a space where all parts of you are welcome—the light, the shadow, the questions, and the becoming—I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.

My offerings are waiting for you through the 🔗 in my bio. ✨

When a woman stands deeply rooted in her truth and honours herself, she builds a relationship within that becomes stronger than the need for anyone else’s approval.

She knows the taste of her own soul.
She knows the rhythm in which she moves,
the seasons of her becoming,
and the language of her own body.

She understands that she is the prize—
not because she is above anyone,
but because she has learned the sacred value of belonging fully to herself.

She knows her worth is not something another person can give or take away.
It lives within her.

So she does not chase.
She chooses.

She chooses what brings her peace over what keeps her in chaos.
Reality over potential.
Consistency over empty promises.
Alignment over attachment.

She knows herself too deeply to abandon her own truth for someone else’s words, attention, or approval.

And when the choice comes between being chosen by another
and choosing herself—

she chooses her soul.

If something in these words resonates with you, perhaps there is a part of you already calling you home.

If you feel called to explore your inner landscape, release energetic patterns, reconnect with your body, or receive spiritual guidance, I offer spaces for this through my Sacred Bodywork and other offerings.

Come as you are. Follow what feels true.

Offerings and sessions are available through the 🔗 in the bio. 🤍

Sauhaira

A little introduction — I’m Sauhaira, the woman behind Halfmoon Alchemist 🌙

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself beyond the work I share here.

I’m a nomadic being at heart. I’ve always felt a pull toward movement, new places, new people, and following the little whispers of life rather than having everything mapped out.

I love connecting with different cultures, learning from the people I meet, and cultivating new ways of being through experience. Herbal medicine, plant wisdom, ceremony, ritual, working with my hands, and learning from the land have all become part of how I understand and move through the world.

I’m learning to trust where I’m being led and to follow divine timing, even when it looks nothing like I imagined. I’m learning that I don’t always need to know where I’m going — sometimes I just need to trust the unfolding and follow what feels alive.

A big part of my journey has been learning how to come home to myself.

For a long time, I carried expectations and beliefs that taught me to make myself smaller. To question my voice. To hide the parts of myself that felt too much, too sensitive, too different, or too wild.

Over the years, I’ve slowly been peeling those layers back.

Learning to feel at home in my body.
Learning to trust my intuition.
Learning to take up space.
Learning to be seen without shame.
Learning that confidence isn’t about becoming someone else — it’s about becoming more comfortable being exactly who I am.

For me, embodiment has become about actually living inside myself — allowing myself to feel, create, move, love, experience joy, and express who I am without constantly trying to fit into someone else’s idea of who I should be.

I’m realizing that coming home to myself isn’t about becoming a perfected version of me.

It’s remembering what was already there:

Love. Complexity. Curiosity. Creativity. Contradiction. And a deep, sometimes messy, always beautiful love for life.

So this is me. Sauhaira. Still becoming. Still wandering. Still learning. Still trusting the path beneath my feet.

And learning to let myself be fully here for this strange and beautiful life. 🌿

I’m really happy you’re here too.

❤️ A gentle invitation to the 3rd Annual Sacred Heart Circle & Ceremony ❤️

In just a few weeks, I'll be holding our third annual Sacred Heart Circle & Ceremony, and I'd love to welcome you.

We'll share ceremonial tea, a guided meditation, Reiki, and quiet reflection—an evening to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.

I've intentionally chosen to hold this ceremony near the Lion's Gate portal, a time many connect with transformation and new beginnings. My intention is to offer a grounded, nurturing experience that supports the energetic and physical shifts this season can bring, inviting greater ease, clarity, and presence.

Whether this is your first time or you've joined me in previous years, you're warmly invited.

Sometimes all we need is a moment to slow down, soften, and return to ourselves.

Each Thursday, I offer Chakra Alignments & Oracle Readings—a gentle space to reconnect with your body, your heart, and the wisdom that's already within you. These sessions are energy-focused and intuitively guided, supporting you in bringing awareness to what may be asking to be seen, released, or lovingly tended.

Whether you're moving through a season of change, seeking clarity, or simply longing to feel more grounded, you are welcome exactly as you are.

🌿 Thursdays | 11:30 AM–3:00 PM
📍 Treasure of the Heart, Salt Spring Island

It is an honour to witness and support each person who sits across from me. My intention is to offer a space where you can feel held, heard, and gently guided back to yourself.

I look forward to meeting you.

There’s something sacred about being deeply seen, held, and supported exactly as you are. That is the intention I bring into every session I offer. ✨

My 1:1 Reiki & Sacred Bodywork sessions are intuitive spaces for healing, grounding, clarity, and reconnection. I work gently with the body, energy field, and spirit through hands-on Reiki, chakra alignment, intuitive guidance, smoke clearing, and at times herbal or plant allies such as tinctures when called for.

No two sessions are ever the same. I allow each space to unfold intuitively based on what is present and what your system is asking for in that moment. Sometimes the work is deeply restorative and calming for the nervous system, sometimes emotional release moves through, and sometimes clarity, insight, and remembrance arise.

My path has taught me the importance of creating spaces that feel safe, genuine, grounded, and free of pressure — a space where you can simply arrive as you are.

Whether you are moving through transition, feeling energetically overwhelmed, seeking deeper connection with yourself, or simply needing a moment to be held and rebalanced, these sessions are here to support you.
