Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that works to support the mind, body, and spirit through light touch and intuitive energy work. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, warmth or tingling sensations, clarity, and an overall sense of peace after a session.

At times, intuitive messages or mediumship impressions may also come through during sessions if spirit chooses to step forward.
