Before and after.
Finally I can share the whole video of this home renovation project and show you the results of 2 months work with some clips from the first video I got in this 105 years old home. Really proud of our team, huge shout out to Illia is kind of person I can just give a rough idea of what I have in mind and he gets it until I finished my sentence.
And the good news is that I have already 2 families applying for the long term rent. So it didn't take long to find a new tenants 😊

Our new Airbnb unit is almost ready! Maybe another week or so and we'll be welcoming our guests to this fully equipped and perfectly located "SJ West Travel Apartment"! Stay tuned!

It's going to be really nice 1bd 1bth Airbnb unit! How many short term rentals you've seen with such a great layout, all types of appliances, great space utilization and perfect location (5 minutes walk to the Reversing Falls!)!?

Some potential buyers of our Grand Bay property were complaining about the lack of the backyard and the lawn... We're working on it! Waiting another truck of the dirt and then topsoil on top of that 👌🏻 Going to be really nice green lawn⛳

GrandBay property foundation insulation project - done! ✅
Great to work with the guys who know what they're doing, and work non-stop until it's done! In 2 days, everything is wrapped up with all the best quality materials from the outside and even finished the gaps filling from the inside with epoxy (forgot to take the photos).
Still selling it, but now not sure if it's a good idea. Maybe will keep is as rental for another few years...
