It took 16 years for Jordan to hug his biological mother again!!!

He was only 5 years old when he last saw her. 16 years later he came across the Eternal Routes program and he was interested in locating her. Amanda, Eternal Routes Worker searched and searched and at last…they have been reunited!

It’s never to late for family reunification. This client has worked hard with our Eternal Routes program for over two years trying to find her biological family. This week we celebrate the reunification. This picture says a thousand words!

Searching for long lost family members can be sometimes draining, overwhelming, and challenging. Our RAFT's Eternal Routes Workers work hard on a daily basis to provide a successful outcome for our youth. This family has been separated for the most part of 18 years! There were struggles and obstacles to overcome but no one gave up. With he help of the RAFT's Eternal Routes Program, this family has been reunited.

Coming to work this morning to this wonderful sibling reunion photo after 15 years and great message stating that 'it was amazing. So glad we all met" is so heart warming.

After 20 years of not knowing her biological father, Kasey had the opportunity to meet him on November 5th, 2014 at The Grounds Coffeehouse + Bakery in St. Catharines. A few months later, she moved in with him, his wife, and half sister and began building their relationship. On July 28th, 2017 Kasey gets MARRIED at the beautiful Delphi Banquet Facility in Niagara Falls. I had the pleasure seeing her walk down the aisle with her amazing father who has been by her side from day one. Later that evening, her biological father gave a heart wrenching speech to express his appreciation to his new relationship with his daughter and wish the newly weds a lifetime of happiness.
