Ian is a local Folk Music legend beloved by his fans for his outstanding contributions to the Canadian folk music canon and as an early pioneer of the Ottawa Valley folk music tradition.

Ian has won and been nominated for numerous awards throughout his career including a JUNO Award in 1976, a CFMA in 2010 and a CFMA nomination in 2022 for English Songwriter of the Year.

In 2021, Ian was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada for his enduring contributions as a folk music icon.

Folk, Roots, Bluegrass, Alt Indie, Trad Blues, Celtic, Kitchen Party and more....

JUNO & CFMA recognized artists every Sunday evening, 7-9 pm, from May 17 to August 30. Arrive for dinner before 6:30 pm to get Priority Seating.
