The biggest shoutout to Kacie on this one. A patient we cleaned for Monday, spent his energy calling the office a few days later to give thanks and a shoutout to Kacie. We are so proud of the compassion and professionalism Kacie carries with her when she leas her teams, or is out solo.

These usually require an initial dry wipe or vacuum, then wet scrub (involving a cloth or brush), then another wet/dry wipe to finish it off!
