Featuring a centrally located site within the Broadway–City Hall community, our newest project on West 12th Avenue marks the successful completion of land acquisition, supported by Gammon throughout the process.
In collaboration with GBL Architects, the project has now advanced to the rezoning application stage, representing the next step toward bringing this development forward. Further updates will be shared in the new year.
