The Cadet Program is back in action after COVID, but not everything came back with it. Years of disrupted training and traditions have left gaps in skills, knowledge, and expectations.
So how do todayβs cadets step up and rebuild what was lost?
In this episode, FSgt Koo and Capt. Leung dive into what it really means to be a good cadet in todayβs program. From leadership and competency to performance and standards, they break down the challenges cadets face and explore how we can create a stronger system to train, mentor, and grow the next generation of leaders.
