We’ve been receiving an over abundance of inquiries about our services.. Howwww exciting!! 🫢

Lots of you already know how I run, whether it be catering or meals at The Inn, private or corporate functions.
1-I do not have set menus
2-I do not have set prices
I’m abit different than most food industry caterers/restaurants. ( I know lots of you are laughing to my comment of being different) lol

We like to create a menu for you!!
I always ask what do you like to eat?
How many people will we be feeding?
Where is the location?
What’s your budget?
Then we get to work..

I source as much fresh product and seasonal product as possible.. (sometimes very difficult) I support a lot of locals, fish, meat, veggies and fruit.. then I make the plan of action to create!! I’m a big believer on fresh.. not frozen.. it’s important to me to have quality ingredients!!

My mission is to make sure the client/customer is happy with our service and our final product. (And no one leaves hungry)

I’m a passionate, with a side of crazy(the fun kind) type of girl who always loves what she does.. I take pride in everything I do..

Is it perfect? Well we sure aim to be but we know sometimes it’s not.. 99%yes!!
Is it fancy fine dining? Not necessarily.. but we do our best with the presentation of each dish!!
I season to my taste maybe not for everyone.. but no one complains!! ( not to me anyways) ha ha
Do we know what we are doing? Mostly!! Sometimes!!! But we go with the flow and always make it work!!

I have the most awesome staff who see and feel my passion and visions.. they are the real Rockstars!! Without them there would be much more crazy involved.. ha ha ha

We try to accommodate everyone’s needs, big or small. Food intolerances and allergies we take very seriously and accommodate as best as we can..

If you come to dine at The Inn.. it’s just not a place to eat.. it’s an experience.. the atmosphere, the food and drink which are always curated for you! Again no set drink menu, my girls create drinks as I create the food. And of course there is always a side of entertainment whether you want it or not!! Ha ha
