In October 2022, I took my first baby steps with 30-sec intervals on a treadmill. By August 2023, I ventured outdoors for a 5k run. But here's where it gets exciting - October 2023 marked my first 10k trail run! 🌲🏞️

After the race. Feeling super optimistic that I will be able to finish the 50k next year. A lot of work ahead but with a partner like Ionela Zanet everything feels easy.

The silence beforehand storm. We are in Sherbrooke, QC chilling before tomorrow Mont-Orford race. This is first time we run both and a cannot be more exited. This will be the last benchmark race to see where I am in terms of running capacity. From here, I will adjust my training plan with the goal of running the 50k next summer.

Last training session before tomorrow 12.7k live trail race. Running in Romania without being in Romania this morning.

Just counting the days. I am going to run the 12.7km race while Ionela Zanet will run the 3.7km. I know, it should be the other way around but this is her first race and she wants to take it slowly.
