It is with great sadness that URJSchool announces the passing of our friend, colleague and JSchool family member Mercedes Redman.
Mercedes was a very talented writer with a deep passion for the truth.
Her long list of journalistic accomplishments will be a lasting legacy.
Mercedes left us all far too, and together with her family on Standing Buffalo Dakota First Nation we mourn and grieve that loss.
You will forever be JSchool family Mercedes- and we will never forget. 💔

Kaitlyn joined the HalterMedia team in April as an editor and is excited to help create great content. Kaitlyn is a recent graduate from the University of Regina. She has a BA in Journalism and a passion for photography. She loves meeting new people and finding creative ways to tell their stories. In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys going for bike rides, camping and spending time with her dog. We are happy to have you Kaitlyn!
