We want to hear YOUR dream for the future of disability-inclusive housing in Saskatchewan!

SaskAbilities has partnered with university researchers to learn about the housing-related experiences and needs of people experiencing disability within Saskatchewan.
If you experience disability and access home supports OR are a caregiver, you can be a part of this exciting research project that can help shape inclusive living and home supports in Saskatchewan!

Your participation would involve two sessions where you’d have the chance to talk about your current home, what your ideal home would be, and what choices and supports you wish were available.

Sessions take place in early August so sign up now to share your ideas! To learn more or to volunteer, contact researcher Katherine Ottley at [email protected] or 306-361-3670.

Congratulations to this month’s trip winner!

Today is July 1st and what better way to celebrate Canada Day than to give away a trip to Niagra Falls? Congratulations going out to Paul Englot as he is our winner this month.
Congratulations Paul and thank you for supporting our projects.

The centre had a disappointing start to the day when we arrived to find multiple agency vehicles vandalized by these two young individuals at 4:45am. Please contact the centre if you have any information on the individuals seen committing this vandalism.

This is extremely disappointing as the centre does not receive government funding for any agency owned vehicles, therefore the vehicles the organization owns are vital in being able to get individuals out in their community.

Stay safe and please report any suspicious activity you may see around the area.

Last week a couple of the centre’s Board Members were able to support Chip and Dale Homes Inc. 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the Aspen Links Country Club!
