Through her work with SYPE, SCIC, Cultivator, Enactus Regina, and AgTech research, she has helped support more than 1,200 innovators and entrepreneurs while championing a more inclusive and accessible entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Whether through mentorship, programming, or community leadership, Hannah is known for bringing people together and creating opportunities for others to explore new ideas. Her participant-first approach at the GATE Centre increased program engagement, retention, and diversity, while her work with Startup 101 helped significantly grow participation among female founders.

Annika Mang is helping show families that adventure doesn't end when you become a parent – it just looks a little different.

As one of our Regina 25 Game Changer award recipients, Annika is redefining what outdoor adventure can look like for families. What started as a personal challenge inspired her to create TrailCollectiv and Born to Be Adventurous, platforms now helping families across Canada and beyond discover new outdoor experiences together.

By making outdoor exploration more accessible and inclusive, Annika is helping families connect with nature, each other, and the communities around them.

As President and CEO of the Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan, Derek brings nearly 20 years of senior leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has worked across industries including manufacturing, agriculture, aerospace and defence, and biosciences, helping organizations navigate change and seize new opportunities.

We're thrilled to have Derek join our board and look forward to the perspective and expertise he'll bring as we continue building a strong and vibrant Regina.

Helping students gain real-world experience is at the core of Emily McNair's work – and one of the reasons we're proud to recognize her as a Regina 25 Game Changer award recipient!

At the Hill Levene School of Business at University of Regina, Emily has helped create opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. Through applied consulting projects, case competitions, leadership development, and industry partnerships, she's helping students gain the skills and confidence they'll carry throughout their careers.

Through initiatives like new program development and the creation of an Industry Advisory Network, Emily is creating more opportunities for students to build professional connections before graduation.

What started as a personal passion has grown into a company helping professionals around the world thrive, both at work and beyond. That's why we're proud to recognize Kayla Baum as one of our Regina 25 Game Changer award recipients.

As Founder and CEO of Twello | Modern Corporate Wellness, North America's leading provider of workplace mindfulness and wellness programs, Kayla has turned personal experience into a growing tech company helping professionals prevent burnout and perform at their best.

Under her leadership, Twello has delivered more than 2,000 sessions globally and partnered with organizations including Amazon, BMO, Microsoft, and PUMA. Recognized as SYPE Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Kayla continues to mentor founders, advocate for mental health, and help reshape how wellness is understood and supported in the workplace.

Her work is creating a ripple effect far beyond the workplace, helping build healthier communities across Regina and beyond.

More than 200,000 families around the world have been impacted by the work of Dr Shela Hirani PhD, MScN, IBCLC, FAAN. That's just one of the many reasons we're proud to recognize her as a Regina 25 Game Changer.

As a Professor at the University of Regina, Shela leads research, advocacy, and community partnerships that strengthen outcomes for families in Saskatchewan and beyond. Through initiatives like the Breastfeeding Advocacy Research Lab and Voices of Migrant Families, she is helping break down barriers, promote inclusion, and improve access to support for families.

Her work has earned more than 80 national and international honours, but perhaps her greatest achievement is the lasting impact she continues to have on communities around the world.
