🌟💕White Pony Lodge 10th Anniversary Celebration💕🌟

On Sunday June 14th, two of our members, Myka and Tia attended the White Pony Lodge 10th Anniversary Celebration and made bracelets with the kids! Thank you for inviting us and all the kids who made bracelets with us!🌟❤️

Roots and Resilience by Break the Divide!🌎🌱

Stargivers Initiative was invited to attend the climate justice event called Roots and Resilience by Break the Divide last Sunday. Ademi and Myka participated in a zine making activity, explored environmental racism and spoke about emotional wellbeing.

June Multicultural Meal Service🇰🇬🇰🇷🇹🇭🇻🇳🇨🇦
Part 2: Serving🫂🩷

Today, Stargivers Initiative had the privilege of serving 150 multicultural meals for Regina’s homeless community🇰🇷🇨🇦🇻🇳🇹🇭🇰🇬 Each meal included homemade bulgogi sandwiches, fresh rolls, priyaniki cookies, Korean peelable candy, and Kool-Aid.😋

This meal service was especially meaningful to us because it was the first multicultural meal service in Stargivers Initiative’s history! For the first time, our members were able to share foods from their own cultures with the community. As we planned the event, we were excited to offer individuals facing food insecurity not only a meal, but also the opportunity to experience different cultures through food. We hope today’s menu introduced our community to new flavours and traditions while showing them that us youth care very deeply for them.❤️

A special thank you to Matriarch’s Collective for generously lending us their kitchen space and for their continued support of our team!🩷👩‍🍳

We are also incredibly grateful to Seoul Mart for giving us a generous discount on groceries, helping us reach our goals and serve even more people.🩷🛒

We’d also like to thank the Public Schools of Saskatchewan for awarding us first place at the Student Citizenship Awards which funded this meal service worth over $1000!📚🎓

Today, our team spent the day preparing our first ever MULTICULTURAL meal service for Regina’s homeless community!🇰🇷🇨🇦🇻🇳🇹🇭🇰🇬

Lastly, a huge thank you to our team of volunteers who took their time today to shop, cook, and pack our 150 meals.🩷

Stargivers Initiative is honoured to be a recipient of the Student Citizenship Award from the Public Schools of Saskatchewan! 🏆

We are excited to share that the $1,000 award will be used for tomorrow’s multicultural meal service, helping us provide food and support while celebrating multiculturalism to those experiencing homelessness in our community.

On Saturday June, 6th 2026 @ Pepsi Park 1219 11th Avenue for those who are struggling and anyone who just wants to have a good time and meal to create a fun and yummy environment for the community. We have been working hard for this event so come by for a free amazing cultural meal and a good time. Everyone is welcome!
