Chicken fried rice with 🍛

Sometimes the best comfort meals are the simplest ones. Just familiar flavours that make you feel like home, like a plate of chicken fried rice.

chicken marinade:
- thinly sliced chicken breast
- 2 tbsp sweet soy
- 1 1 tbsp cornstarch
- tbsp oil

fried rice sauce:
- 2 tbsp sweet soy
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

• cold cooked rice
• minced garlic and onion
• choice of veggies (I use thinly sliced bokchoy)
• salt & pepper to taste
• green onions for toppings
