Advisory LinkedIn is mostly AI talking to AI right now.

Easy place to stand out, if you actually show up as a person.

Before you post, warm the algorithm—like and comment on what your prospects are sharing, not just other advisors.

Then post like a human: real opinions, real interests, a bit of personality.

The slop can't fake being you.

Mixing in short videos helps too—keep them around 30–60 seconds.

Horizontal video keeps your on-screen text fully visible, where portrait crops it.

Tiny edge, but it adds up.

Modern and elegant.

Those are the two words we would use to describe McCall Wealth.

The site + brand gives off a luxurious, yet deeply personal feel.

Now that might just sound like word-smithing—but it really isn’t.

I think it's fair to say that it’s a tough ask to strike a balance between those two concepts.

Steve Alverson, Austin Coley, and the rest of the McCall team came to us ready to go all in
on their niche: “Private Wealth Services for Business Owners and Multi-Generational Families”

This means speaking to business owner and family needs—

People who expect a certain level of polish, but nothing distant or overly formal.

So the site had to meet those expectations.

A lot of it came down to the branding.
✔️ The serif fonts—a sense of tradition + established presence.
✔️ A timeless logo we created
✔️ How that branding carries through the entire site
✔️ A level of detail that feels thoughtful.

It couldn’t stop there, though—because leaning too far one way or the other would create distance.

Everything had to stay approachable.

Clear copy.Easy flow.A structure that’s natural to move through. Something high-end—but still human.

That’s the line this one walks

Your social bio link is doing more heavy lifting than you think—and most advisors waste it.

Dropping your homepage there sends warm, ready-to-act prospects digging through a menu they didn't ask for.

They already know you. They clicked with a purpose. Don't make them hunt.

A single links page—short intro, your best blogs, a video or two, and the "book a call" button—meets them where they are.

Skip the third-party tools and host it on your own domain.

Your authority and your engagement both go up.

Google quietly published their guide to AI search. The takeaway?

The "secret AI tactics" you're being sold don't exist.

No LLMS.txt. No special markup. No "chunking" your content for the robots.

Their actual advice reads like a 2015 SEO checklist: real expertise, clean structure, fast pages.

If an agency's pitch falls apart the moment Google's own docs contradict it... that tells you everything.

Spend your budget on the foundation, not the fad.

Charlotte and Liam are advisors following in their father and grandfather’s footsteps.

Relay Wealth has been shaped over decades—a multi-generational family legacy.

In how they show up for clients, in relationships, and in legacy.

Families stay, kids grow up, conversations change, work compounds, and the brand evolves.

We’re proud to have been a part of just that last little bit.

Helping them translate years of care and attention into their website.

Giving their story the space and structure to come through clearly.

A site that reflects the way they already operate.

And gives the right people a reason to take the next step.

Quick gut-check before you pay for "AEO/GEO optimization":

If your site doesn't already nail the basics, no amount of schema markup is going to save it.

FAQs are a good example—done right, they help. Stuffed everywhere "for the AI," they're just keyword stuffing wearing a new hat.

So when advisors ask if we optimize for generative search, the answer's yes.

Yes to getting found in LLMs.

No to pretending there's a shortcut.

Financial advisors generally understand they *should* niche down.

So, what do they do?

They niche down to “pre-retirees and retirees” and “small business owners.”

Uhm… yeah, you’ve described pretty much everyone.

That’s not really defining a niche. Sure, it’s a niche—inasmuch as everyone fits into each of those categories.

Joe of Refined Wealth is a great example of properly niching down: “Wealth Management for Oil & Gas Professionals.”

His site reflects it:
✔️ It identifies exactly where his clients work
✔️ It asks questions that actually apply to them
✔️ It captures the look and feel of the industry through imagery and branding

Ultimately, everything lines up.

A website fully built around Oil & Gas Professionals—that’s the difference.

When your niche is defined, your website doesn’t have to explain itself—people land on it and immediately think:

“This is for me.”

That’s what drives better conversations.

And what drives better clients.

Alta Strada went all in on their messaging.

Casual language, relatable phrasing, and an earnest desire to be present.

To live life fully.

The site uses interactions to guide the prospect through the copy.

Balancing keywords with relatability is our typical approach.

At times, though, leaning into the message is the better move.

Prospects don't have to work hard to understand what they’re getting with Alta Strada.

The tone is natural and the language is familiar.

They just get it.

That changes how long they stay, what they read, and whether they keep scrolling.

This one landed without checking every box: it checked the right boxes!

Kyle Vasel recently launched his RIA firm, making the shift to independence.

He came to us looking for a simple, minimalistic website that would speak to his niche without saying too much.

The premise was simple: to keep things minimal, clean, and branded.

Designed well enough for a prospect to land on the website and clearly get the vision without overwhelming them in their already likely complex financial world.

We worked with Kyle on his—
→ Logo and brand guidelines
→ Brand collateral like email signatures and business cards
→ Website (as displayed)
→ Lead magnet
→ and 1-pagers
—to help him launch successfully!

Stepping out from a large bank into your own independent advisory firm is such a huge deal.
We’ve seen it done right time and time again.

The amount of preparation, hard work, and involvement is a lot.

I’ve actually personally seen this with my Dad, Scott Sather, and his launch of Awaken Wealth.

I think it’s safe to say Kyle managed this launch rather successfully!

Find out exactly where your advisor website is losing prospects—in under 60 seconds.

And I'll give you the exact prompt to do it at the end of this video.

Drop your URL into Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI model and in seconds you've got feedback on your niche messaging, SEO structure, AEO readiness, and how your site holds up on mobile.

AEO is worth paying attention to here.

Your prospects aren't just Googling anymore—they're opening ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude and asking things like "best financial advisor for tech executives in Austin."

If your site isn't built to show up in those answers, you're invisible to a growing slice of your market.

The prompt covers all of it—outdated imagery, clunky page structure, slow load times, conversion flow—and gives you a prioritized list of what to fix first.

Sixty seconds in, and you actually know where to start.
