So let me get this straight. We paid an artist to do this mural. We protected it with anti graffiti coating. Then either the city or someone else painted over the mural. And now there's graffiti, over the paint, over the mural. And how much did this failed project cost taxpayers?
Now we're going to spend $170,000 for public art installations on either side of the CPR Bridge. How long do you think those are going to last?

When I talked about the need for lines to be repainted on the main artery riverside trails, these are the ones I meant.
