I've heard several people tell me this week that they feel "stuck" in their dead-end job, or in their job that they dread. 🤔

It's a real thing...change is tough. There's lots of factors to consider before changing jobs.

👉👉BUT...Consider this....

Working in a job you hate now WILL affect your life negatively in other areas: your relationships, your health, your attitude, your energy... is it worth it? To possibly risk those things for a savings plan? Can't you have both??!? 🤗

Ideally, choosing a job that aligns with your values, gives you work-life balance in a workplace that isn't toxic.... is the ideal plan.

However, we have all been in jobs we hate, and I can honestly tell you....there is HOPE! You aren't stuck. You may just need someone to help you create a plan, or steps to move forward. I can help.

Retirement savings is not everything.

Family Time!!!

We had a great weekend last week with my family for Ukrainian Christmas. It was so good to safely gather and keep up with the eating!!

We hadn't all been together in 2 years.😔

I'm sure many families have been like that. Trying to do the right thing, trying to keep everyone safe.

Now it's week 2 in January and I'm trying more things to keep me healthy and be better for my family. I'm fasting this week with my husband and our church and really seeking direction and focus.

My mind is distracted by the noise and worry of the world and its news that clamors for my attention. I can't control any of that. But I can control what I choose to do with my time and what voices I listen to.

So, I am waking up earlier to spend time in quiet with God and before my family wakes. I'm taking time for me in the evenings or mornings to exercise (ack!! 🥵) and trying to slow down my pace and reduce my to do list.
