day 7 🤍✨🕊️

one whole week of journaling! here we are with the last day of the challenge.

i’m curious - has anything shifted for you over the last 7 days? would love to hear your experience in the comments or through DM 💫

(pls tho actually i’d really love to hear your thoughts!!)

it has been a pleasure curating this lil space for us to come into ourselves & our hearts.

there may be a stigma or some disgruntlement around journaling being *bAsIc*, but it truly can be a tool way beyond what some stigma may market it as.

it’s not for everyone, but if you’ve reaped its benefits, you may know it is a beautiful way to learn more about ourselves, dig a bit deeper, connect with our guides & sooo so much more.

thank you all for joining me 🫶🏻

day 6 ❤️ ✨🐞

hello beautiful angel! today we practice our pre journal breathing to ground ourselves & then we’re gonna reflect on the journal prompt about grounding.

yes - lots of grounding talk, but it’s so important! especially in a wellness sense, but even more so spiritually.

yesterday we chatted about comforting ourselves, which grounding can over lap with that, but grounding takes us a biiiit deeper than doing things that make us feel good.

grounding can be an energetic, spiritual and chakra cleanser. grounding keeps us rooted in ourself & connected to soul.

for me, meditation, visualization, breath work, and journalling play a large role in my grounding practices.

xoxo happy journalling ❤️

day 5 💜✨🦄

almost made it through our whole week, look at us go!

today’s theme is comfort.

yesterday we talked about emotions, today let’s shift the focus on what we can do for ourselves to bring a sense of peace.

sometimes when we’re uncomfortable we might seek out vices to bring us a sense of calm, whether it’s a drink, overworking ourselves to distract, or scrolling on tik tok for hours. sometimes maybe we find other external things like talking to a friend.

internally, maybe we decide to take a mindful moment to breathe or we decide to get creative and paint until we’re in flow.

either way, let’s reflect on ways we comfort ourselves and how we can maybe incorporate more self soothing & nervous system regulation into our routine 💜

happy journaling!! 🔮

day 4 🦋✨💙

posted a lil late today, but thank you for being here with me 🤍

today is all about emotions. this is a big, complex topic but i think today’s prompt and questions is a gentle start to get curious about emotions, where we feel them, how we feel them, etc.
noticing the how’s and the whys and the where of our emotions takes a lot of time and practice, especially when we start to connect them with how they show up in our bodies.

if you find yourself stuck on this prompt and are wanting more help in knowing how to explore your emotions in an intentional embodied way, dm me

id love to offer you a reading or mindfulness session catered to all things emotions 💖

sending you all the love
xoxo happy journaling

day 3 🦁🧡🔥

sometimes we may lose our power or sense of self. remembering the times where we did feel rooted can be a reminder on how to get our fire back 🔥
it can also reveal maybe where we have some friction in embodying that fire too

happy journaling 🧡

day 2 🌸✨🩷

like all emotions, feelings come and they go. joy included.

joy can be such an uplifting and energetic feeling, releasing endorphins, oxytocin & other feel good chemicals in our noggins.

sometimes tho in life joy may not feel comfortable to feel. maybe our child selves were told to not laugh, maybe our teenager self was told our hobbies that brought us joy were not “cool”.

maybe our adult selves don’t feel safe or comfortable expressing and feeling our joy because we’re not used to that feeling.

let’s reflect on ALL of that - the blocks, where joy flows, ways we can incorporate more joy

let me know what brings you joy down below! ⬇️

happy journaling 🥰

hello angels!! 💛

today is day 1 of our journaling challenge

read through the slides, get comfy, & together let’s connect with ourselves.

when thinking of gratitude we can reflect so many different aspects of our lives. we can be grateful for our loved ones, the people around us, nature, having our basic needs met, our health, & so much more. sometimes it’s easy to spot the external things, so i implore you to reflect on yourself as you answer this question. maybe we list some external things, but what about YOU are you grateful for?
it might be hard at first if we’re unfamiliar with thinking about these things.
is it your heart & passion? the way you care deeply for others, or the way you stand up for yourself or set boundaries? maybe we appreciate our morals, our ethics.

xoxo happy journaling ✨

after a beautiful summer we find ourselves now at the beginning of september. the seasons begin to change, the weather starts to cool, and we shift back to our routines.

but, maybe, our routines got lost between hot sunny days, holidays and visits, spending more time outdoors and in the garden, or just disappeared because it ✨just✨ disappeared.

i invite you (yes, YOU!) to join me for a free 7 day journaling challenge to help fall back into connection with ourselves. to find micro moments of grounding. to gain some insight and clarity.

grab your favourite pen and a cute notebook - we start september 9 📖 ✨

if you’ve been following along with my stories i have shared a decent bit on my gratitude journaling journey!

early in january i wanted to incorporate a consistent journaling practice into my routine, but found the idea of open ended journaling daunting. so, i committed to writing in a journal one time a day before i went to bed. all i had to do was write a few things i am grateful for.

at first it was hard to remember and stick to the habit, especially on the days i was feeling down or frustrated with the world. in the beginning it was easier for me to find external things to be grateful for - the sun, my friends, my family, easy day at work, etc.
then, over time, i was able quickly able to find internal things i was grateful for - my intuition, my bright personality, my commitment and dedication to myself and so much more

today is day 206 of consistent gratitude journaling for me and im so glad i started this habit!! i’ve noticed so many benefits, but i thought i’s share just a few with you all 🥰

let me know your thoughts on practicing gratitude or what you do to incorporate gratitude into your day, i’d love to hear from you!
