In addition, membership in Kitowin Toastmasters Club is the means to access the vast number of learning workbooks provided by Toastmasters International aimed at developing a variety of speaking and leadership skills. The workbooks contain structured subjects for presentation at meetings as a means of building upon previously learned skills. However, you determine the pace of your progress in a no pressure, supportive, and friendly environment. New members can choose to be paired with a mentor who is a more experienced member to assist them with their speeches and learning about Toastmasters at the club level and beyond. An annual membership fee covers the cost of renting a meeting room, sundry materials, and maintaining your active membership in Toastmasters International.
