Transforming this relatively small space required countless hours of planning and the expertise of many skilled individuals, along with the trust of our clients to bring all the details together. From ensuring the tile layout centered the drain and aligned perfectly with the grout lines, to constructing and backlighting the tile arch while keeping it waterproof.

We meticulously placed 22 plugs in the backsplash, built a custom medicine cabinet incorporating all the lighting controls, and created a perfect shadow line between the waterfall counter and walnut cabinetry. And of course, the strategically placed Bocci lights on the plaster wall above the tub.

The list goes on and on. This space may be small, but it is mighty 💪🏽

There's nothing quite like the satisfaction of completing groundwork, concrete work, and backfilling on site. It brings a sense of control over the daily flow of construction. No more worrying about weather delays affecting foundation work or unexpected surprises beneath the ground.
We've made tremendous progress over the past couple of weeks, and we're excited to keep moving forward!

This is the final time this view is visible before the slap gets poured! Things that race through my head at this point.....

- search for missing or missplaced insulation
- check for all rough-ins needed
- check, is plumbing in the correct locations
- is our service cables in the right spots

Something not done properly at this stage becomes a touch fix.

Months of meticulous planning, from lot subdivision to design layouts, permits, and material selections, all led to this moment. Excited to see this project come to life! Stay tuned for updates.

Reflecting on the 2024 IBS show in Vegas, it was truly a showcase of innovation! So excited to see how these advancements shape the future of living. Among all of the products and technology, some of the "pretty things" that caught my eye were the stylish bidet toilets, green toilets, and of course a beer fridge tucked into the front end of a Fiat. 🚽🥬🍺
