The Gelbvieh Logic Bull Sale starts next Monday March 23rd on DLMS. The weights and scrotal scores for the 5 elite Silver Line yearlings consigned are posted in the photo. Come visit us at our open house Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to dusk.

Silverline Napoleon is the epitome of calving ease. He has a 65lb BW and CED of 18 and BW -2.8. He is a direct son of Earthquake who is well known as a short gestation bull that throws small vigorous calves that gain like crazy. Napoleon’s dam is an 88% purebred cow with registered black Angus influence. She has a high and tight udder and fantastic feet. If you are looking for a heifer bull or a moderate framed bull that will raise some incredible maternal heifers this is a great opportunity.

Silverline Next In Line is one of our top performing bulls this year. With a BW of 83lbs and AWW of 779lbs this is a big b***d, long, with great rib bull with a calving epd of 19 and BW of -1.8. He is easy calving AND extreme growth. If you are looking for a quiet easy calving bull that will raise calves that push down the scale in fall this is a great option! We seriously considered keeping this bull for our own use.

Silverline Northern Hawk is a rare find in the Gelbvieh world. With a 74lb birthweight and super easy calving epd’s this is a true heifer bull. He has great easy calving genetics too and bottom. This bull will give you no calving problems yet still give strong production values in fall. He’s going to be a top heifer sire with incredible maternal values.

Silverline Neolythic is an April 1st born bull that has thickness, incredible muscle expression and 38cm scrotal. He has an adjusted weaning weight of 818lbs! His sire is son of a bull that sold for $70k and out of our dam of distinction cow Harper Lee 28D. This is going to be a prolific herdsire.
