A few relaxed and genuine photos I took of Levi today!
Chill, easy, simple.

We got the serious shots… but the goofy ones are staying in the final gallery too. Obviously.

We went full cheesy formal for this one — coordinated outfits, dramatic poses, and a furniture store as our backdrop. The parents’ portrait has the perfect mix of character and seriousness. They really leaned into the theme.

This guy (and his brothers) crushed it at our shoot. The family brought a theme and the commitment — can’t wait to post more from this session.

I had some help setting up a studio in my garage using natural light and a simple backdrop. Everyone was told to wear something that they love and I set up the tripod. This is me and my family ♥️

I’ve photographed these two every year since they were little — and we always make time for a few updated family shots too.

The boys running ahead, the parents soaking it in — those small in-between moments that tell the story.

I love the dramatic black and whites just as much as the colourful ones, really anything that plays with light is exciting for me. This one feels peaceful and hopeful.

School pictures show your kids growing up each year but the typical ones are kind of impersonal. I have been asked a few times to take school pictures for individual families, and you can get some of everyone while I'm there! Photos that represent your kids and family pictures. A win win.

At first they were a little shy about the close-ups—but once they saw the first shot, they were all in. And I think it was worth it. ✨📸

A bit of attitude, energy and a lot of sunflowers! I don't even have that much to say about these photos because these beauties speak for themselves.
