Thank you body for being able to-
1) run, jump and play๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐๐ช
2) ride my horse and walk my dog๐๐
3) lift, hold and carry my animal patients ๐๐ถ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฆ

I woke up today feeling tired, sore, and honestly a little grumpy.
I could have stayed in bed. I could have hit snooze. I could have skipped my workout or pushed it to the evening.
Instead I got up. Chugged my preworkout and got it done!
It felt amazing๐๐
My mind cleared, the endorphines flowed and my muscle burned.
I finished feeling accomplished and READY to take on the day!
I promise YOU that a 30 min workout will never make you feel mentally worse.
There is so much science behind exercise and mental health. On the days you feel the worst, you likely need movement the most!
