Online Banking Password Requirements Have Changed 🔐
To help strengthen the security of your online banking, new password requirements are now in effect.
When you are required to update your password, your new password must:
➡️Be at least 12 characters long
➡️Include an uppercase letter
➡️Include a lowercase letter
➡️Include a number
➡️Include a special character - , # : ? | ( ) ' \ @ $ !
No action is required until you are prompted to change your password. Your current password will continue to work until that time.
These enhanced requirements are another way we’re helping keep your accounts and information secure.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Emma Nichol , our new Member Service Representative at our Raymore Branch! 🎉
Emma was raised in Wynyard and graduated from Wynyard High School in 2023. In 2022, her family moved to an acreage near Elfros, where she lived for two years before making Raymore her new home.
Agriculture has always been a big part of Emma’s life. For as long as she can remember, she’s been tagging along with her dad and helping out on the farms of family and friends. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her snowmobiling, quadding, spending time with her cows, or enjoying life on the farm! 🐮🚜
Emma chose RCU as a place where she can grow personally and professionally, challenge herself, and embrace a fresh start.
We’re excited to have Emma join the RCU team and can’t wait to see her grow in her new role. Welcome to RCU, Emma! 💙
