We’ve been on a journey with our slice of paradise this winter with the new restrictions. We had listed it for sale but after spending two amazing weeks in the valley, we’d like to keep it a little longer. Our calendar for the summer just opened this week so there is a ton of availability, including long weekends! Changes for this summer include:

We have rented our home to some lovely folks needing accommodations over the winter! It is unavailable to be booked until June 2024.

⭐️ Property Management ⭐️

We previously used a property manager, however, we are taking over this going forward! What does that mean? Our Airbnb and VRBO sites unfortunately cannot just be transferred over to us, we will have to create new booking sites. We are looking forward to communicating directly with our guests! I will make a post once our sites and bookings for next summer are available.

September in Radium is truly something special. It’s peaceful and the animals are out everywhere.

Meet the owners!

For those of you who don’t know us, we are Joey and Ashley, a married couple from Lethbridge. We purchased the townhouse in Fall of 2022 when we fell in love with the mountain views, and put a lot of time and work into making it look as warm and inviting as it does today! We love spending time in the mountains. Our favourite activities in the Radium area include hiking, trail running, paddle boarding, exploring new places, relaxing in the condo pool, heading to a beach, or trying new restaurants.

This is our only vacation property. We try to be here when we can, but have decided to rent it while we can’t, and let others enjoy it as well. If you choose to stay here, we truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Valley Zipline is a few minutes south on Hwy 95 and offers a ton of adventure! They also have packages that include canoeing, atv’s, climbing wall, hot springs passes, Scoops ice cream, and the new aerial park!
