Our inspections typically take between 4 and 5 hours to do, then another 4 hours writing a comprehensive report. We include anywhere from 250 to 600 photos! We don't fill out the report with pages of information about insulation types, different types of roofing materials, or how a wall is built. The whole report is about YOUR possible new home and NOTHING else.
