For the first time since I established this practice, I have to admit that I am fully at capacity and cannot accept any new Requests for Support at this time.
It hurts my heart to decline requests but it is the absolute reality.
Please reach out if you would like any recommendations from me!

Kindest regards,
Sue

I am so incredibly saddened by the tragic events that have unfolded in Tumbler Ridge and the devastation that follows such an unimaginable horror.

We need to talk to our kids about mental health. Teach them that counselling and talking about their thoughts and feelings is a strength. There needs to be no shame. There needs to be less stigma.

My thoughts are with the community of Tumbler Ridge, the families who have lost their beautiful young souls, and the survivors who are trying so hard to look for answers and healing.

My heart is heavy

I'm always so touched when I receive thoughtful little gifts and trinkets. Know that I keep every single one of them ❤️
