Cake Heaven

When it starts to smell like Christmas 🎄 cookie time this weekend with just a couple classics such as Linzer (Spitzbuben), Spekulatius, Makronen, and Vanillekipferl. Missing the German Christmas markets a lot right now 😍 where you can get these cookies and a cup of egg nog or mulled wine 🍷 but soon I’ll be enjoying them again 🎉 have a wonderful snowy ❄️☃️ day❤️

My husband said he wants steak for his birthday 🥳 so I made him one 😂🥩 huge thanks to the brewery for hosting his special day and thanks to all the awesome people that showed up to share this event with us❤️

Napoleon - when it comes to family events like birthdays or just a get together this cake is always included in the menu planing😊 and if you try it you’ll know why🤤 lots of very thin layers of a sour cream based dough crispy baked and in between a vanilla caramel pudding cream covered in a crumb coat and topped with a dulce de leche ❤️ do I have to say more?😁

Made that little dog cake last weekend and I was pretty happy with it 😊 made with chocolate sponges, strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream ❤️

Carrot cake today was delicious and gluten-free 😊 if I wouldn’t know- I wouldn’t be able to tell. Have a good weekend folks☀️😎

I can’t explain how excited I was for this cake😉 I honestly had dreams about it and was creating it in my head over and over again. Now it’s done - the perfect kids birthday party cake🎉🎁💝 with chocolate strawberry 🍓 filling, a vanilla buttercream 😋 and white chocolate Lego. Building that little construction 🚧 side was so much fun! I can’t wait to make more cakes like that!

Today I finished probably the biggest cake I made so far😅🥰 turned the classic German frankfurter Kranz into a 100 people cake for Peter how turned 💯 years!! Congratulations 🎉🍾 I had so much fun making this cake for you and wish you all the best🎉
