New research reveals how 3D-printed patient-specific guides are transforming corrective knee surgery, achieving 88% accuracy and dramatically improving patient outcomes.

The game-changer? Custom surgical guides created from CT scans that fit each patient's anatomy like a puzzle piece. The result: better precision, faster recovery, and 8.4/10 patient satisfaction.

This is what happens when precision meets surgical innovation, personalized healthcare that actually delivers measurable results.

Inside the Fine TTO™ Workflow
FDA Cleared. Patent Pending.
Considering a patient‑specific TTO solution is one thing; understanding how it fits into your pre‑op planning and OR flow is another.
With Fine TTO™, the process begins with imaging: a lateral radiograph of the knee at 30° flexion and a CT scan comprise the minimum data set. The surgeon then prescribes the osteotomy type and target values (TT–TG and Caton‑Deschamps Index), and Bodycad plans the osteotomy accordingly and confirms the final situation, including screw number, lengths, and positions, before any manufacturing.
Once approved, the patient‑specific guides and components are produced and delivered as a dedicated kit. Intra‑operatively, the guides are designed to match the bony anatomy, support guided cuts, help position the tubercle according to the plan, and facilitate screw fixation, followed by structured post‑operative care.

What is BC Fine TTO?
FDA Cleared. Patent Pending.
Tibial Tubercle Osteotomy (TTO) is a surgical technique designed to improve patellar stability and reduce pain by realigning the tibial tuberosity in skeletally mature patients. It is particularly helpful when patellar instability or chronic knee pain is driven by malalignment at the tibial tubercle level.
Bodycad Fine TTO™ takes this familiar concept and builds a fully planned, patient‑specific solution around it. Using each patient’s imaging, the system is designed to support the precise planning and ex*****on of the tibial tubercle osteotomy for that individual knee.
