Hi Lifelong Learners! Please see a message below from LLL member Shirley Nadeau:
Hello, dear friends and fans of Chalmers-Wesley United Church’s annual Musical Wednesdays summer music concert series.
We are pleased to inform you that, starting on Wednesday, June 25, for the 43rd consecutive year (not counting the pandemic years), we are offering a series of 11 free concerts on Wednesdays at noon.
See the attached poster below listing all the musicians. If you would like more information, don't hesitate to contact me.
The doors of our church will be open to visitors every day from June 18 to September 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Please feel free to drop in for a visit, or to worship on Sunday morning (9h en français avec Église Unie Saint-Pierre, or at 11:15 a.m. in English with Chalmers-Wesley).

We have a quick update to share with our amazing 50+ community. Starting in September, we’ll be closing this Lifelong Learning page.
But not to worry your favourite updates, events, and learning opportunities will still be going strong!
You’ll just find them on the main Quebec City Reading Council page from now on.
We’re doing this to keep all QCRC programs connected and easy to follow.
The same supportive space, now all in one place.

Thanks for being part of the QCRC community your lifelong learning journey continues with us!
The QCRC Team
We had another great session with the team at Ateliers & Saveurs! It's always a hit with the Lifelong Learning group. Antoine taught us how to make a delicious Salmon Tartare with avocado and lime, spicy mayonnaise, fried panko, chia seeds and a mesclun salad! Everyone wished we had a second plate!
