Spectrum Resource Group
Integrated Vegetation Management Solutions Provider - since 1986
Our new Bandit Intimidator 12XP is already making an impact. This remote-controlled, track-mounted chipper helps us navigate forested terrain efficiently while reducing soil disturbance. The wood chips are distributed directly on the forest floor, returning nutrients to the soil and supporting healthier ecosystems.
Working smarter while caring for the land. 🌲

Spectrum is proud to support the Tłı̨chǫ Nation on its journey to restore and heal its lands through reforestation and habitat restoration initiatives. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to these important projects and would like to acknowledge the support of the many partners who help make this work possible.
During a recent visit to the region, Operations Director Eric Nijboer and Division Manager Joshua Quaite had the privilege of touring the community, visiting project sites and learning more about the area's rich history and culture through the local museum.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Pauline Castillejos 🌟
Meet Project Coordinator, Pauline Castillejos, who joined Spectrum Resource Group in May 2024!
With a love for trails and a deep appreciation for plant life, she jumped at the opportunity to work in the field and hasn’t looked back since.
What does she enjoy most about her work? For Pauline, it’s all about discovery and impact. Whether she’s spotting new mushrooms along the trail or contributing to healthier ecosystems, every day brings something rewarding.
Outside of work, Pauline enjoys photography, bird watching and dives deep into her interest in mycology (the study of fungi). Fun fact: If you’re ever on a trail with her, don’t be surprised if she “boops” every mushroom she finds, it’s her thing!
Pauline also brings strong expertise to the team, holding an environmental technician diploma and multiple industry licenses, including IPM, aquatic exterminator, industrial and forestry exterminator certifications.
We’re proud to have Pauline on the team and appreciate the passion she brings to her work every day! 👏

We had so much fun taking part in the YLP Annual Golf Tournament! Our very own Regional Manager Ashli Oe and Project Manager Victor Ladipo proudly represented us. It was wonderful to support the Nis Ts’edilh Elders and Youth Society through this fantastic event!

Out in the field near Mackenzie, BC, our crew got a powerful reminder of why responsible forestry matters.
While completing block layout for an upcoming timber harvest, they heard the distinct call of a northern goshawk. After confirming the species using a field ID app, they followed the sound and located an active nest.
Because northern goshawks and their nests are protected, the team kept a safe distance, documented the location and notified the client right away. The discovery means additional measures will be taken to protect the bird and its habitat. Our environmental team is now involved to help guide next steps. Proud of our team for staying observant, using the right tools and doing the right thing for wildlife!☀️
