Organizing your camera roll after a busy summer? Get rewarded for it!

Just post photos from five Northern Routes locations this summer and tag us to be entered into our end of passport prize pack draw. The prize is a bundle of goodies from Northern Routes locations valued at $400!

The draw will be held October 1.

Create your own hand-bound journal in this relaxing, hands-on workshop at Two Rivers Gallery with Melissa from Honeybee Inspirations. Melissa will guide you step-by-step through the bookbinding process — no experience needed, and all materials are provided!

This workshop takes place from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on September 26, register at Two Rivers' website.

Explore the history and fall beauty of Huble Homestead Historic Site September 26 and 27 with Scavenger Weekend!

This self-guided scavenger hunt runs from 11:00 to 4:00 and challenges visitors of all ages to find and do all the items on the list.

Pack a picnic or buy lunch from the barbeque and spend a few hours enjoying the beautiful autumn colours as you work at your own pace to earn your prize.

There are two ways to enter our October 1st prize draw:

1️⃣ Pick up your Northern Routes passport brochure at any of the 10 Northern Routes locations. Get your passport stamped at five locations and turn it back in to be entered into the draw.

2️⃣ Don't want to carry a brochure around with you? Take a photo of yourself at five sites instead, then post them on Instagram or Facebook and tag Northern Routes Cultural Experience to enter the draw.

The prize draw is held every six months and is valued at approximately $400.

Join Janice & Les Baker at Two Rivers Gallery for a lovely evening of creating woven knot earrings and a birch bark and antler flower brooch!

This workshop takes place from 6:00 to 9:00 pm on September 9 and costs $63 per person (16+). Sign up at Two Rivers' website!

Be a part of Two Rivers Gallery's first Guardian and Me art class!

The class is designed for kids age 1-5 and a guardian. Parents will be guided through an art project by Indigenous Programmer Crystal Behn, while children will engage in their own age-appropriate art activities led by Public Programming Coordinator Maya Levy.

It’s harvest time again, and at Huble Homestead Historic Site, that means one thing: spuds!

On Monday, September 7, Potato Festival will fill your day with tater-themed activities, including games and crafts, heritage demonstrations, and more!

Come early to buy heirloom potatoes and garlic from the Huble garden, enjoy a special menu of potato pancakes and lunch options, and treat yourself to a locally made item at 10% off for the season-end General Store sale.
