Melanie slipped into the Cornerstone family like she'd always been here. Every interaction is an opportunity for Melanie, and she doesn't let a single one go to waste.

Over the past year, she's become a driving force on the team — encouraging those around her, identifying where she can step in and help, and keeping a close eye on the numbers that show just how far the department has come. Growth energizes Melanie, and that energy is contagious.

Outside the office, you'll find her with a good book and a cup of coffee, soaking up the sun in summer, or cozied up in fuzzy slippers come winter. She's a passionate traveler, a devoted family member, and a proud fur-mom to Beanie and Bitty — and somewhere between all of that, she's also working toward her goal of becoming an inspirational speaker. Before finding his home in insurance, Vaughn actually began his career in aviation. He transitioned into the Ag insurance world in 2007 and hasn't looked back since, specializing in:
