It's the most wonderful time of the year! Hence my favorite Xmas song and my absolute favorite class to guide you through 🤍 I wait all year for the Winter Solstice Yin Nidra 🤍 What a beautiful time of the year to be still, slow down and embrace the silence and stillness that is around us as we transition into the winter months.
We will begin with a meditation, move into our Yin postures, for reflection then conclude with Yoga Nidra.
