3.) Interior Support (if needed) â For those stubborn situations where ants have already made their way indoors, weâve got solutions to handle that too.

đBox Elder Bugs & Asian Lady Beetles đâ What You Need to Know
As the weather warms up, you might start seeing these pests inside your home⌠but they didnât just show up overnight.
⢠In late summer & fall, box elder bugs and Asian lady beetles look for warm places to overwinter
⢠If your home isnât protected, they slip into tiny cracks and crevices around windows, doors, siding, and rooflines
⢠Once inside, they stay hidden all winter long.
âď¸ Then spring hitsâŚ
⢠The sun warms your home, and they become active
⢠Suddenly, they âappearâ in large numbers on windows, walls, and ceilings
The best prevention is exterior insect treatments around your windows, doors & soffit lines.
⢠Professional exterior insect sprays in May, July & September helps stop them before they get inside
⢠This reduces (or eliminates) springtime infestations
Protect your home before they move in â not after they show up!
đ Contact Mouse Management Inc. to schedule your seasonal exterior treatment.

This time of year (late summer into early fall), itâs really common to see wasps everywhere â and it usually feels like theyâre extra aggressive. A few reasons why:
Food sources shift: In spring and early summer, wasps feed mostly on protein (insects, caterpillars, etc.) to raise their larvae. By late summer, the queen stops laying eggs, so the workers no longer have hungry larvae to feed. Instead, the adult wasps start seeking sugary foods for themselves â fruit, nectar, soda, picnic food, garbage, etc. Thatâs why they suddenly seem obsessed with your drink or plate.
Colony breakdown: A wasp colony only lasts one season (except for new queens that hibernate). By the end of summer, the colony is weakening, food is scarce, and the wasps are more frantic and less organized. That stress makes them seem more aggressive and erratic.
Population peak: Right now, the wasp population is at its largest of the year. The thousands of workers raised all season are out and about before the colony collapses in the fall.
Warmth and activity: Hot, sunny days keep them active longer, so theyâre more noticeable around people.
Basically: more wasps + fewer natural food sources + a craving for sugar = lots of them buzzing around us this time of year.
