What’s the deal with indoor rowing and why are we so passionate about getting it out there? This is only a few reasons, and there are so many more!

Full-Body Engagement: One fluid stroke engages major muscle groups simultaneously, specifically targeting your quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, lats, and shoulders. 90% of your major muscle groups used, when done with the correct form!
Low-Impact on Joints: Because the motion is seated and smooth, it provides excellent cardiovascular conditioning without the harsh pounding impacts associated with running or high-intensity. Perfect cross training for runners and any other sport out there!
Enhanced Posture: The pushing and pulling actions—especially connecting the lat muscles pulling them in and down your spine, connecting the core muscles, and sitting tall on your sit bones, strengthens the back and core, which translates to better posture in everyday life.
Mental Health Boost: The rhythmic, repetitive nature of rowing provides a meditative effect, which can reduce stress and elevate your mood.

To all our incredible clients out there who are seeing their bodies get stronger, more powerful, more resilient and fluid, we are so incredibly proud of you! Keep going! We are here for you ❤️👏
And for all those wanting to come in the door, but feel a little insure, intimated, worried it will be too much, we are here for you too❤️
Building strength takes facing fears, taking risks, trying something new that you may be afraid of failing at.
It takes trust and bravery.
But there is NO failure! There is only growth, learning and becoming more empowered with every step in the direction of a stronger, healthier you.
