Did some hot water work yesterday for a building owner. This was where a poorly maintained used cooking oil bin was kept for over 20 years without being cleaned. Fun fact: cooking oil, over time, will slowly breakdown asphalt. It was difficult trying to clean all the caked-on mushy packed-in cooking oil, and not damaging the asphalt. Pro tip: Don’t let your used cooking oil sit on asphalt for 20 years. Yikes!

Rust removal in port coquitlam. This parkade has a chronic rust problem and we were able to fix the symptoms, but infortunately not the root problem. None the less, it looks much better than before!! Before. After 1 treatment. After 2nd treatment. We cleaned 5 parking stalls that were severely stained with rust.

We are looking to hire 1-2 full time Exterior Cleaning Technicians. Must be willing to work hard, learn quick and be independant. Looking to pay $20-$28 per hour. Must have a clean class 5 drivers license. Send us a message if you’re interested.

Sealed 2500 sq ft of stamped concrete yesterday with a high gloss sealer with shark grip abrasive for the steeper driveway.

Paint prep on The Gunn House in Tsawwassen today. Built in 1890 and still standing.

Parkade cleaning today, and removing oil stains. Thanks to for their oil absorbant socks.

Got the engine bay from this 1980 Pontiac Grand Prix clean and ready for a paint job.
