We’ve made a few things over the Christ as holiday season. Not nearly as much as I had hoped for. Headbands, scarfs, masks, a stocking or two.

Sour & fruit Beers 🍇🍈🍉🍊🍋🍌🍍🍎🍑🍒🍓🥝

The brew team hears you and we know you want more fruit beers. However, brewing large batches of these beers is not ideal because they tend to have a short shelf life, oxidize quickly, don’t travel well (careful of exploding cans) and we can't guarantee the quality of the beer when you take it home.

Instead we wanted to create fruited sours that are more traditional, balanced, and drinkable! We made a base sour that was "co-pitched" in the fermenter. This takes a lot longer than the modern kettle souring process but produces a more clean sourness to the beer.This base beer will be available all summer.

The Germans would often add flavoured syrups to these sour beers in order to abide by the laws of the Reinheitsgebot. Adding fruit this way is beneficial in many ways and is tasty as heck! The beer will retain more of that fresh fruit flavour, sweetness, aroma, and we can have a greater variety of fruit beers available.

Each week we will release a new fruit sour for you to enjoy. This week we have a pomegranate
and lime sour available! Next week will be Rasberry...🤤 Each flavour has a limited number of
kegs and will most likely sell out each weekend. New fruit sour will be released every friday.
