Quacker Noodles

My name is Monica and I care about animals and I love to cook! Some years back I took some ducks in I am the only person that handles the product.

I have my food safety certificate and come from a long line of Hungarian cooks so I learned from the best. I use all the safety protocols and have a kitchen which I use exclusively to make the egg noodles.

To cook just add noodles to boiling water. Remember it only takes 3min (al dente) 4 min (firm) and 5 min (tender) max to cook Quacker Noodles!

$7 per 12 oz bag feeds a family of 4. Only two ingredients - eggs and organic flour. Tomato Sauce is $8 per 1 L jar - ingredients - organically grown San Marzano tomatoes, spanish onions. sweet red pepper, carrots) garlic and herbs, Salt - No Sugar.

First time making Beigli or in our Hungarian home we called them Dios (walnut filling) and Makos (poppy seed filling). Turned out nice and tasty. No cracks Pearl Szabo and a crackle sheen which apparently makes them the bomb! Rog Gray we are going to need a bigger freezer 😂
